Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, including a copy of the invoice or the provided return slip inside the box.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
